Dato' Aliff Syukri Bin Kamarzaman

Dato' Aliff Syukri Bin Kamarzaman is the founder of Health and Beauty care products known as D'Herbs Healthy Sdn Bhd, one of the biggest beauty product legacy in Malaysia. He was born on 3rd April 1987 as a third child of Rozita binti Ibrahim which is also the founder of health and beauty product known as Sendayu Tinggi. He has eight siblings. He was originally from Felda Kechau, Kuala Lipis, Pahang. Plus, he had been raised up by his beloved grandmother at Sabak Bernam. He got his early education at Sekolah Kebangsaan Sungai Besar, Selangor later proceeds to Sekolah Menengah Telok Gadong, Klang. After a while, he went to one of the religious school Sekolah Pondok Tumbuh Kelantan then continued to Sekolah Integrasi as- Syakirin, Shah Alam until Form 5. At last, he further his study at Taylor College.

At the age 19, he was married to his colleague at the time, Datin Shahida Binti Mohd Rashid, 22 years old. They were blessed by given three children which are two of them are boys and another one is a girl. Their name is Ahmad Rayyan, Khatijah El – Zahra and Ibrahim Adham. Dato' Aliff entrepreneurial spirit began to start since he was a primary student school. It happens because his friend had RM 0.50 cent as a pocket money while he only had RM 0.20 cent. As he lives with his beloved grandmother at Sabar Bernam and their house were surrounded with mango and guava tree. Dato' Aliff spiritly decide to climb those tree and picked the fruit to produce a pickle. Start that day, he brings two bags to school which is one for academic books and the another one was for the pickles. He sold the pickles at range RM 0.10 to RM 0.20 each. By that small business activity, he gained confidence and continue to sell anything that he think logically. At secondary school, he sold multiple choice of brooches, scarf, and several cosmetic products. Eventually, he gained a lot of spirits, and moral values by doing this kind of activity while he was young then led him to be a successful entrepreneur.

After he graduated from high school, he starts to sell herbs and several famous beauty products. Every afternoon, he will knock office by office just to sell the product and yes he did felt ashamed because some people refused to listen to him at that time. A mentally tough young man, he still clings with his principle so he continues with his plan because from his opinion, successful is not about how big profit you got but the courage it takes is priceless. After he had been going through ups and downs, he decides to use his savings to start his own business by renting a kiosk a shopping mall at Subang Jaya, Selangor. No gain no pain, at last, he successfully owns a company. The headquarters building is a four – storey building with 15 workers. His team also producing his own product and his very own factory, Aliff Herbs Manufacturing Sdn. Bhd. His first product was Collagen Lipstick which is the first collagen lipstick in Malaysia. People also make him as a role model to start a business and he is a very inspiring person
